    yeah i like them too. i couldn't find any othe LI malls and i went on deadmalls.com. I amreally getting the hang of postong pictures. ;D

    IT's an Alexander Calder sculpture they were all over the mall, remember the Boot....Calder court still has the mobiles in the food area...

    Lubby, good job on finding these old pics. I tried to find one of the SunVet mall thats near me back in the days when Toys R Us was Rickels. This is the only thing I could find.



    Notice McCrorys and The Wall which are long gone.

    I can recall the big wooden blocks down at the end of the south shore mall, and Captree Corners!

    The Gardiner Manor mall with it's pedestrian bridge to Gertz.

    How about the big silver "Superman" looking tubes in the Massapequa mall? They were only redone in recent years.
