HERE'S A MAY 3RD, 2010 UPDATE.
LIKE I SAID THE FOLIAGE HAS BEEN CLEARED AWAY VERY WELL AND A CIRCULAR STONE DRIVE AND PARKING LOT HAS BEEN ADDED, PLANTINGS AND LANDSCAPING HAS MADE IT LOOK PLEASING AND QUITE DIFFERENT WHILE PASSING BY. NO MENTION OF A CHRISTIAN SCHOOL ANYMORE.

LOOKS LIKE THE PLACE MAY'VE BEEN POWER WASHED? OUTSIDE LOOKS LIGHTER THAN IT DID.

They do any repairs to the broken windows?

If you look at the middle pic, the lower (basement) windows are open! I'm guessing they are making attempts to dry it out.
I wanted to approach the school and walk around, but the first thing you see when you pull into either driveway are "no trespassing" signs.
Not that they have ever stopped me before...it's just the location and the fact that there were tons of people driving by and in plain sight
right next door! However, i do want to know if they cleaned the building out from the former kitchen cabinet business that was once there
and had left many items behind. I would assume so if they are offering it for lease, unless some kind of deal is made where somebody who wanted
to lease it could get a break in price should they clean it out themselves.

That would make a cool house to live in... Too bad it's on one of the busiest parts of Sound Ave...
