It looks it. Nice work compensating. It can be a real pain, too.
Not only that, but the wall leans inward as well.....about 3/4" over a 6' height. As long as the window opens and closes, i'm happy!

A FRIEND OF MINE PASSED AWAY YESTERDAY, WAY TOO YOUNG (53). HE WENT TO HEAVEN AND GAVE US....

He had a stroke, an operation...was doing okay, then died....all in the matter of 4 days. Sad
