Nassau County Police. They used the old servants quarters as their quarters. The buildings were located where the current equestrian parking lot is now. I win. Game over.

I was getting pretty close to giving up, lol...

Speaking of... Whenever we have gone in there we go for the mansion... I do wonder what of the old dairy farm is buried in the woods...

Not much that I know of. Most of the dairy farm was located where the police buildings were. (now the equestrian area). If I'm not mistaken, the police buildings were originally part of the dairy. I've seen one or two rusty pieces of equipment around. I don't think there's much more than that there.

I doubt there's much there, but who knows?

new Q: What is the longest most continuous east/west roadway route on L.I?
Also please state where it starts and where it ends.
Seems it wasn't answered (but many others were....lol) NYS RT. 27, from the BQE (where it is called Prospect Expressway) to the Montauk Lighthouse. 120+ miles.

Rt. 25 goes for 105+ from the QB plaza to the Orient Point Ferry terminal.
