Of course we can do brisket, I did one over apple instead of hickory and it was really good but very different tasting, not as tangy...
If and when I cut down my apple tree, I'll hook you up..
I use wood pellets currently. The new grill I'm looking at will let me use logs, charcoal or LPG..... It's got an internal water jacket also, wasn't in the budget this year...
brisket ummm my favorite and how about some pulled pork? i'd love to try your version. My mouth is watering now
