I'd like to take my time to welcome everyone to the new and improved Bygone Long Island... We've been discussing redoing the site for a while now and ever since the server outage we decided it was time...
A few Notes here:
All the content is not moved over yet, hopefully most of it will be moved this coming weekend, that's still not finalized. We expect to have the content moved to it's new home within the next 2 weeks.
The Top Banner/Logo is just temporary, there were other issues that needed to be taken care of first and hopefully I will get some time next week to make a new one.
Many of you probably don't like the dark text on light background, for the time being it will be this way. As soon as I finish creating the new style set users will have the ability to choose a site style that better suits them. You'll have the choice of a Dark Background with White text or this style set...
By popular demand a chat box has been installed... It can go away as fast as it was put up if it's abused in any manner. If you are asked to refrain from language or other actions by the Admins you will be banned from use of the chat box...
You also need to go into your options and change the time offset to the correct time.
