    I welcome your favorite recipies to be shared here in this forum

    i love to cook and I have decided that not only can you post your favorite dining spot but your favorite recipies. you write your recipie here. I may just try and make one of them.

    My favorite recipe is 1 glass (6-8 oz) 2 large ice cubes and fill to the top with Vodka. Let it sit for 5 minutes and enjoy.

    Curly got us started with this one in our family.

    Spadini (spelling?)

    very thinly slice a partially frozen (easier to slice) London Broil & soak the slices in olive oil.

    prepare a mix of breadcrumbs, grated cheese and garlic powder.

    Press each slice of meat into the breadcrumb mix, cover well.

    Roll each slice and put onto a wooden shishkebob stick.

    Cook on the BBQ for about ten minutes.

    (can prepare this the night before which is better)

    Enjoy!

    Artichoke Pie:
    one pillsbury already pie crust
    2 can of artichoke hearts in water (chopped)
    6-8 slices salamie cut up
    3 cloves garlic chopped
    1 large polly o mozzarella cut up in cubes ( i used fresh mozzarella once and the pie was soggy)
    pinch salt
    3 tbsp greted cheese.
    3 eggs
    dash of black pepper

    saute garlic in olive oil for 2 min then add artichokes and saute an additional 3 min,mix together salami, mozzarella, salt, grated cheese and eggs and pepper in a bowl. Add the sauted garlic and artichokes, stir well. Prepare pie crust in pie pan. Add artichoke mixture. place top crust onto pie and picnch the sides. trim off any excess dough. Brush with milk on top. Bake on 350 for 1hour. My mom's recipie and it's very good.
