    strange skull in woods

My friend and I were walking in a a rather large woods near the end of woodside avenue when we stumbled upon a very strange skull. It was about the size of my 10 1/2 boot, it had teeth in the back that resembled human molars and then an almost beak like front with no teeth at all. There were feathers sticking out of the base of the skull where the spine should have been. I am pretty sure the feathers were stuck in there by someone but the odd thing was, when I went to pull them out they were stuck in there so well that I couldn't do it (albeit I wasn't using my hands, I had one boot on the skull and I was pinching the feathers between two sticks...I was eating a a bag of pretzels so I didn't want to touch the skull/feathers). My friend has some pics on his phone that he's going to send to me. I definitely want to go back and check it out some more.

edit: Here's a pic from my friends facebook

When you look at the teeth up close, the are square/flat like human molars and the skull, as I said, is about the size of a 10 1/2 boot (bigger than it looks in the picture).

Just posted one pic, when I get a chance i'll go get more with my digital camera, get some close ups.

The closest thing it looks like would be a dog skull, but the front and teeth just don't look right. The teeth are too uniform and flat, like a row of human molars.

Got it, it's just a deer skull

Now who the hell stuck the feathers in it LOL

Kind of strange that with all the time I have spent in the woods, I haven't seen a deer skull yet. Every dead deer I have seen has been in the form of a rotting carcass, never a skeleton lol

Maybe it was used in some sort of ritual?

    LOL!!!

I also found a really old tin fuel/gas jug right near the skull and another really old looking small pot with a masher in it. The area is a a protected wildlife area for birds with bird houses spread out throughout the place so at first I dismissed the masher/pot as something to do with that (feeding birds or something, IDK) but now im thinking that somebody must use the area for some ritualistic stuff.

Merlin, I wonder if the attempting-to-fly people are the same people as the people I saw in the woods in manorville with the red rocks. I feel like im in some sort of bad movie, I keep stumbling upon what seem to be ritualistic sites. I feel like there are a group of religious people seeking out the deepest, most secluded part of a woods to perform their rituals but everywhere they go, I stumble through. I can see them all standing there, ready to make a human sacrifice when I come tumbling through the brush into the clearing. "HOW THE F^%# DOES HE KEEP FINDING US!"

Hahahahahaha. I have no idea. Sometimes it could just be random stuff. I forgot about the red rock people. That was pretty strange. Maybe they are a part of an end of the world cult or something.

I still want to see the spot where the Red Rock people were.
