If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.
Heh... it says the sub's name in the first picture.
Thanks for the correction, I got my info from the Osprey New Vanguard series book on WWII PT Boats which was published about a year ago.Originally Posted by 12Bridge

Talk about a floater....... hahahahahaha
Call me a liar, you knew.
You were a fool, but that's cool, it's all right.

Some can't accept but I crept inside you.
Didnt they convert alot of those PT boats after the war into fishing boats? I wonder how many of them are still around.
"Well being as there's no other place around the place, I reckon this must be the place, I reckon."
Did a quick search. Here is a site about PT boats. Just the first one I saw.

About 90% were destroyed (as they were made out of wood the Navy dident want to be bothered with maintenance) and the rest were kept on for misc duties such as experiments (eventually spawning the famous Vietnam era Fast Patrol Craft aka "Swiftboats") and providing armed escorts to the Presidential yacht USS Sequoia. A handful were also given to allied nations after WWII.Originally Posted by Curly

On a side note I wouldent mind having a PT boat of my own (but made out of fiberglass for maintenance reasons) ...
Heres Robs 728, his most used boat..
Heres 728 and 615 on land for winter. The other boat is an Air Force Crash Rescue boat (not Robs)
He just got 48 from a swamp.
