This estate was built in 1912 in the town of Glen Cove, NY. It was part of the Pratt family compound known as "Dosoris Park". It was designed by architect James Brite, and is now the site of the Webb Institute for Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. The old tunnel that runs through is rumored to be an old speakeasy tunnel. An interesting fact is Batman Forever, starring Val Kilmer, had parts filmed here. (Associated family name: Herbert L.
